How do I start a project?
Do you have a project you want our help with? The process is quite simple. First, you decide on the desired style and length of the video in question. If you are not entirely sure what you want from the beginning, don´t worry! You are more than welcome to schedule a free meeting to talk ideas over and ask any questions you might have. Then, you click the "add to cart" button, which will take you to our payment page. Here, you can use Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or PayPal.
After the payment is complete, you will be asked to download and fill out our production guide questionnaire to make sure that we capture the essence you are going for. Once that is done, email that to ml.brandaidanimation@gmail.com and we will be ready to go!
How much can I fit into 30 seconds?
Through meticulous testing, we have found that the most effective measure is 75 words per 30 seconds. This ensures that your content has a snappy feel to it and captivates your audience without being hasty or risking that your message gets lost. Within a 30 second frame, we have time to include the essentials: a problem, a definition, a solution, and a call to action.
If it should turn out that you to want a longer video and we have already begun the project, don´t be afraid to tell us so. We will simply expand the length of the product and adjust the budget with your approval.
Why do I need an explainer video?
An explainer video is a powerful tool that offers numerous benefits for businesses of all sizes and niches. Animated explainer videos are incredibly versatile and impactful marketing assets that can help you communicate your message effectively, increase engagement, boost conversion rates, enhance brand awareness, and improve your online visibility.
Is the service limited to only one video per customer?
Not at all! You can stack as many services as you would like. You even have the option to combine multiple orders to get a longer video or several shorter videos. This ensures you have ultimate control over the process and allows you to customize the final product to your exact liking! Just be sure to let us know in the questionnaire.
What if I want a longer video?
If you desire a longer video, you are more than welcome to order multiple packages of 30 seconds. You can both combine them into one longer video or spread them out across multiple smaller video projects.
Just be sure to state this in the questionnaire and let the team know how you want to spend your seconds, and we will make sure to accomodate your wishes.
Can I come with input during the production stages?
Absolutely! We highly value your opinions and want nothing more than to tailor the video product to match your vision.
Throughout the entire process, you will be involved in key decision-making states as the various milestones are being completed. Revisions are a natural part of the process to make sure that the final product is exactly to your liking, so for that reason you will have access to x2 free revision rounds per milestone, adding up to 8 in total.
What is the process like?
As soon as we have received your questionnaire and sent you a confirmation email, we will begin the project. The project entails a script, voice-over, storyboard and animation. The project is expected to take 2-8 weeks, depending on the length and style of the product.
During the production you will be assigned a project manager who will guide the done-for-you process (or done-with-you process in case of the premium package), maintain correspondence throughout, and answer any questions you might have.
During the process, we will provide you with an assessment of each milestone as they get completed. At each milestone, you will have 2 free revisions, adding up to a total of 8 revisions for the entire project.
Can I talk to someone before my purchase?
Of course, you can talk to us before making a purchase! We offer a free, non-obligating meeting to all of our potential clients, whether they are first-timers or repeat customers.
